Open an account

There are a few different ways you can open an account, and all are very quick and simple to complete. You can transact in one of three ways:

• Purchase online
• Purchase over the phone
• In person

Delivery

Once payment and ID are verified parcels will be sent out within 3-4 working days.

Orders under AUD 20,000

Delivered by Australia Post registered service to most major centres and to some remote locations.

Photographic ID (passport or driver’s license) and signature are required in order to receive parcel.

Maximum weight per parcel is 5 kg.

Orders over AUD 20,000

Delivered by Secure Courier.  Photographic ID (passport or driver’s license) and signature from the person receiving the parcel are required for all deliveries. Orders sent by Secure Courier are only delivered to verified business addresses.

Insurance

All parcels we deliver under 20k will have an insurance cover, to protect your investment, to its final destination.

This is calculated at 1% of the purchase price of your product.

Secure Courier has mandatory insurance and will be included in your quote.
